Satisfaction Guarantee
At Alberta Whisky Cake, we take great pride in every cake we make. Crafted with care and inspired by the spirit of the West, our cakes are designed to be enjoyed and shared. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We are committed to making it right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before their scheduled shipping date. If you need to make a change or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you.
Replacements & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
When contacting us about a damaged or incorrect order, please include your order number and, if possible, photographs of the issue.
